Shipping policy

OVERVIEW
All orders placed with The Rig Doctor Inc. will be fulfilled in as timely a manner as possible.  Given the customer's shipping preference, available at checkout, we ensure that the selected carrier and delivery option will be fulfilled by our team.

SECTION 1 - LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been picked up by the carrier and leaves The Rig Doctor’s facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The Rig Doctor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been handed over to the carrier. Customers are encouraged to track their shipments and contact the carrier directly for any delivery issues. We strongly recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance and delivery confirmation.

SECTION 2 - LEAD TIMES FOR LARGE ORDERS
Please note that larger orders may require additional processing time of 7 to 10 business days before shipping. If you require expedited processing or delivery, please contact our team directly. In special circumstances, we can arrange for expedited service at an additional cost.
